Our policy lasts 30 days. If 30 days have passed since your purchase, unfortunately we cannot offer a refund or exchange. 

To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused. It must also be in the original packaging.

Several types of products cannot be returned. Perishable goods such as food, flowers or magazines cannot be returned. We also do not accept products for intimate or sanitary use, dangerous products or flammable gases or liquids.

Other items which cannot be returned:

To make a return, you must submit a receipt or a proof of purchase.

There are certain situations where only a partial refund is granted: (if applicable). 

* Any item that is not in its original condition original, which is damaged or which presents certain missing accessories for reasons which are not due to an error on our part. 

* Any article which is returned more than 30 days after delivery.

Exchanges (if applicable)

Gifts

If the returned item was identified as a gift upon purchase and it was sent to you directly, you will receive a gift credit equal to the value of your return. Once we have received the returned item, a gift voucher will be mailed to you.


If the item was not identified as a gift at the time of purchase, or if the gift donor preferred to receive the item first to offer it to you later, we will send a refund to the gift donor and it will know that you have returned the item.


Shipping

To return a product, you must send it to: BP 111 285 - 98709 Mahina, French Polynesia. 

You will be responsible for paying your own shipping costs to return your item. Shipping costs are not refundable. If you receive a refund, return shipping costs will be deducted from it. 

Depending on where you live, the time of receiving your exchanged product may vary. 

If you are shipping an item over € 70, you should consider using a delivery service that allows you to track the shipment or purchase delivery insurance. We do not guarantee that we will receive the item you return to us.
